My name is Marisstella and I am a talented Artist based in the Republic of Croatia (RH/CRO) but born and raised (also) in the beautiful Boka Kotorska (GDBK = CSBK) - who strives to provide the beauty of my nation and the birthplace through the Art of poetry and Art of prose works for all.
My Edition POEZIJA DUHOVNE HRVATSKE (from poems published 1994. - 2024.) hopes to expand knowledge about the Eternal DUHOVNA HRVATSKA. I was committed to providing CROatians and their friends worldwide with the best possible experience through artistic expression.
Since 2025 I translate my works from Croatian to English and publish in English.

EDUCATION
In Zagreb, she finished Classical Elementary, Classical Gymnasium (Gymnasium for Classical Languages): graduation thesis topis Michelangelo Buonarroti.
and the High School of Music : : final piano exam in the Lidija Krizmanić professor's class : played composition J.S.Bach (Prelude and Fugue No.6 in D minor BWV 851), Mozart (Piano Sonata No.16 in C Major K. 545) and Božidar Kunc (Mlado lišće = young leaves op.20 I Tako je nekoć bilo = And so it used to be). Final theoretic exam-thesis in Tihomir Petrović professor's class.

She obtained the title of Professor of Comparative Literature and Philosophy (1996.) at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, the University of Zagreb ( FHSS UZ /FF SUZ). Diploma thesis: Orality in the EDDA.

Graduate Librarianship: passed the State Professional Exam of the Republic of Croatia SDI RH 1999. in the National and University Library of Zagreb (NUL / NSK).

Scholarship holder of the University of Zagreb: Attends (with many other international students as Huda Naguib Mahfouz (Umm Kulthum)) the International Summer School University of Oslo ISSUO 1994. : passed exams Norwegian Language and Norwegian Literature (with Art) and 1996. OTIUM performed at the church weddings, and at concerts of the composer Matej Meštrović (with a song "Morning Blues") at the Hard Rock Cafe (see the VIDEO on the bottom of the web site) and at the Croatian Music Institute (CMI / HGZ) 1992 in Zagreb together with Boris and Mario Mirković. Inoltre, si dedicavano agli sport del calcio, del nuoto, del Equitazione da dressage competitivo - Cavalcando, della Recitazione teatrale con spettacoli in teatro, del Canto in un coro con spettacoli nelle sale da concerto (HGZ e Museo Mimara) e alle competizioni, frequentando corsi di Glagolitico (la Madre insieme ai Figli ), eccetera. I Bambini aiutarono la Madre a Scrivere il suo primo Romanzo per Bambini "I Figli del Giardino Magico". Li ha portati in numerosi Viaggi alla scoperta delle bellezze e dei paesaggi della Croazia, alle Feste di compleanno dei Bambini e alle riunioni di Famiglia

is tasked with caring for the spiritual heritage of the Boka Kotorska – Bocche di Cattaro - Bay of Kotor. The initial period of heritage studies dates from the end of the 14th century when the city of Herceg-Novi was founded. From then until today, the Boka has belonged to the countries of Italy, Austria, France, Croatia, and Montenegro.
Considering the nearly one hundred church buildings (churches, chapels, monasteries, etc.), the majority of the territory is Catholic, primarily linked to the Catholic Church under the jurisdiction of the Vatican, and then to a lesser extent to the Montenegrin Orthodox Church. The official languages of the multicultural Central European and Mediterranean Academy are: Croatian, Italian, German, French, Montenegrin, and Latin, a total of six (6) languages.
The Academy is active in the content of the FB thematic groups.

The Choir "OTIUM" practiced in the premises of the ZKM Theatre in Zagreb and performed during 1992.
It sang Schubert's "Ave Maria" at church weddings (f.e. 25.4.1992. wedding of N. and J.M.) and performed at the HARD ROCK CAFFE and the HRVATSKI GLAZBENI ZAVOD = CROATIAN MUSIC INSTITUTE.
The Choir was founded by Marisstella Octek (Stella Levanić Čižmešija), who served as the Choir's Producer and singer. The Choir's Conductor and singer was Gordana Sladić Krpan. The Choir's permanent Composers-associates were Dalibor Bukvić and Matej Meštrović. The treasurer (cashier) and singer was Boris Stjepčević.
Dalibor Bukvić composed the composition "OTIUM" for the Choir, which was sung at rehearsals and which has not yet been publicly published or approved by the author for public performance.
Matej Meštrović and Mario Mirković composed "Morning Blues" and "Wood" which were sung at rehearsals, and "Morning Blues" was performed at concerts together with singer Boris Mirković.
The peak of the collaboration with composers Matej and guitarist Mario and singer Boris was the performance on April 12, 1992. at the CROATIAN MUSIC INSTITUTE a festive "New Age" Concert under the auspices of the Hrvatsko-Američko Društvo (HAD) = Croatian-American Society (CAS). The following compositions were performed at the concert: Morning Blues, Improvisation, Ouvertire, Freedom of Water, The Walls Of Jerichon, Wood, The Movie, The River Dream, The End of September, Pan.
The Choir collaborated with various Composer-advisors, Singer-advisors and Producer-advisors: Alan Bjelinski, Branko Starc, Zdravko Vitković, Tomislav Uhlik, Neda and Željka Martić, Arsen Dedić, Zvonimir Markuš, Aida Tavčar, Zdravko Šljivac, Mirna Vaupotić-Muratti, Evelin Legović, Josip Degl Ivellio and others.
Due to the war circumstances and the fact that the Choir members were full-time university students with a lot of obligations, the Choir did not operate after 1992.
